Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Resorts Manager: MBA/BBA/Masters/Bachelor Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or any other Management Course/B.Com/M.Com from any UGC recognized University. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, knowledge of industry regulations, proficiency in MS Office and Resort Management Software.
  • Multi-Tasking Staff (Gr-D): Class VIII passed for UR, Class V passed for SC/ST from a recognized school. Must possess good moral character and be medically fit by a competent medical authority of the Government of Tripura.
  • Assistant Programmer: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science & Applications/ Information Technology or related field. Minimum one year experience in handling Computer Centre operations, Management, System Management, Training and Supervision of massive data entry works. Desirable: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
  • Occupational Therapist: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT).
  • Prosthetist/Orthotist Technician: Diploma in P&O or Certificate in P&O with 3 years’ experience.
  • Audiologist & Speech Therapist: Bachelors in Audiology and Speech & language pathology (BASLP) or B.SC Speech & Hearing.
  • Hearing Assistant / Jr. Speech Therapist/ Speech & Hearing Technician/ Ear-mould Technician: Diploma in Speech & Hearing (with knowledge of hearing aids repair/ear mould making) OR Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) OR Diploma in Hearing Aid repair and Ear Mould technology (DHAREMT).
  • Mobility Instructor: Matriculation & certificate/Diploma in Mobility. Preferably Bachelor in Mobility Science (B.M.Sc) or D.Ed.Spl.Ed./D.ED.SPL.ED. in Visual Impairment.
  • Multi Purpose Rehabilitation Worker: Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based rehabilitation (PGDCBR)/Diploma in Community based rehabilitation(DCBR)/Community based inclusive development(CBID)/MRW.
  • Vocational Counselor cum Computer Assistant: Diploma in Vocational rehabilitation (DVR) / Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counseling (ADCGC)/Bachelor of rehabilitation Science (B.R.Sc).
  • Early Intervention Therapist: PGDDT/PGDEI/BMR/BRSc/BRT/MRSc/MSC-EI.
  • Trans-Disciplinary Special Education: DEdSE / BEdSE in Hearing Impairment OR DEDSE/BEdSE in VI/ID/CP/ASD/MD/Db/SLD.
  • Sr. Prosthetist/Orthotist (OH Category): Bachelor in Prosthetics and Orthotics (BPO) from any institute recognized by RCI.
  • Project Assistant: Post Graduate in Statistics/MCA/CS/IT. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data handling/Monitoring fund flow/ project implementation and managing MIS interface at any State/Central Govt. office/Scheme. Preference: Experience in GEM, PFMS portal etc.
  • Assistant Block Coordinator: Post Graduate Degree in Management/Rural Development/Social Science/Social Work from recognized University. Knowledge in MS Office, English platform, internet. Ability to work independently without secretarial assistance. Excellent writing and oral communication skill in English & Bengali/Kokborok. Desirable: Good knowledge in Water & Sanitation Program, PRI System and NGO Network, knowledge of participatory methods, working procedures of State Govt. and functioning of PRI.
  • Field Accountants at Sub-Divisional (SDFO) level: Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably B.Com) from UGC recognized University with Tally ERP Accounting certificate. Essential: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in a subject related to the position. Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Desirable: Working experience in Computerized Accounting System and/or working knowledge in PSU or EAP, knowledge of taxation laws (GST, Income Tax etc.) and financial regulation.
  • Accountants At Range Level: Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably B.Com) from UGC recognized University with Tally ERP Accounting certificate. Essential: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification work experience in a subject related to the position. Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Desirable: Working experience in Computerized Accounting System and/or working knowledge in PSU or EAP, knowledge of taxation laws (GST, Income Tax etc.) and financial regulation.
  • Biodiversity Expert (PMA): Preferred: M.SC/PhD in Biological Sciences, Forestry, Natural Resource Management. Essential: 12 years of professional experience with 5 years in a similar role. Experience in NRM (especially Tripura projects), working with natural resource management institutions and building capacities at district and Panchayat/Council levels.
  • Institutional Development Expert (PMA): Preferred: Graduation/MBA/PG in Rural Development/ Social Studies/Social Work. Essential: 10 years of professional experience with 5 years in a similar role. Experience in NRM (especially Tripura projects), working with institutions and building capacities at different levels.
  • Finance Officer(FO): CA/M.com/MBA Finance/CA Inter/PG Diploma (Finance/Accounts). 3 years knowledge of government’s finance management and auditing systems, preferably 3 years in project management related to natural resource management. 2 years professional experience in donor-funded development cooperation or similar public projects. Sufficient experience to mentor finance management HR. Fully versed with good computer skills for financial planning and monitoring. Good communication skills, fluent in English, Bengali/Tribal languages.
  • Neurologist: DM or DRNB Neurology. 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Range Data Analyst: Minimum Graduate in science with Mathematics/Statistics from a recognized University. Desirable: Proficient with MS-Office, Computer Typing in English, Proficiency with MS-Office & Internet.
