Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure they meet the specific educational qualifications and experience required for each post as of the interview date.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Project Scientist (Pharmacist): M.Pharma with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in clinical trial pharmacy OR B.Pharma with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in clinical trial pharmacy. Must have a valid registration certificate from the State Pharmacy Council and knowledge of drug storage/dispensing.
- Project Assistant: Masters in any branch of Life Sciences with 2 years of post-qualification experience in virology, molecular biology, and immunology. Preference for candidates with experience handling human/animal viruses and working in ABSL2/ABSL3.
- Data Manager: Masters’ degree (preferably in science) with 6 years of post-qualification experience in clinical data management/research/operations/MIS/data analysis/IT/computer science/healthcare. OR Graduation degree (preferably in science) with 8 years of post-qualification experience in similar fields. Desirable: Diploma in IT/computer applications/clinical data management, familiarity with CDMS, programming skills (Python, R), data visualization tools (Tableau).
- Executive Assistant (HR): Post-Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Project Research Scientist-II (Synthetic Organic Chemist): Masters’ in Organic Chemistry with 4 years of post-qualification experience in synthetic organic chemistry. Desirable: Experience in industrial/Pharma/CRO/biotech setup.
- Project Research Scientist-III (Medical): M.D./ MDS/ MPH/ Ph.D. or equivalent degree (with basic MBBS/BDS) with 3 years of post-qualification experience in clinical research. Desirable: Experience in clinical research, good communication, computer skills (MS Office), organizational and time management skills.
- Project Technical Support-III: Graduate degree in Economics/Public Health/Health Economics/related social science with 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field. OR Post-Graduate degree in Economics/Public Health/Health Economics/related social science field. Desirable: Diploma in health-related experience, proficiency in MS Office (Excel), basic computer skills.
- Project Technical Support-I: Standard 10th with DMLT or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a relevant subject/field. OR Three years graduate degree in a relevant subject/field with 1 year of experience. Desirable: Diploma in any health-related discipline, graduation from recognized university/Medical Social Worker (MSW), experience in clinical/health-related research projects, effective communication skills, basic computer skills, two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Senior Research Scientist (Clinical): MD/ MS/ DNB or equivalent in Obstetrics & Gynecology / Pediatrics / Community Medicine from MCI recognized university with at least 1 year of post-qualification clinical research experience in maternal and child health. OR MDS or equivalent degree with 2 years of post-qualification clinical research experience in maternal and child health. OR MBBS/ BDS or equivalent degree with 5 years of post-qualification clinical research experience in maternal and child health. Desirable: Leadership experience in clinical research/trials, experience in trial monitoring/safety/quality assurance, familiarity with IRB/ethics submissions, knowledge of ICH-GCP/national guidelines, publications, strong organizational/problem-solving/time management skills, ability to lead/motivate multidisciplinary teams.
