Candidates who wish to relinquish their claim for advice from the Ranked List must submit an application in the format prescribed by the Commission. This application should be sent to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, Ernakulam-678001. The prescribed format is available on the KPSC official website.

  • The relinquishment request must be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer of State/Central Government with signature, name, designation, and office seal.
  • It must be accompanied by a notarized affidavit and a self-attested copy of an ID proof bearing a photograph, as enlisted in the General Conditions.
  • The request, along with the original notarized affidavit and self-attested ID proof, must be received within 15 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List on the official website.
  • Relinquishment requests received on or before the date of receipt of requisition for which the candidate is to be advised will be honored.
