Eligibility Criteria & Mercy Chance
- Candidates with a shortage of attendance or those who have not obtained minimum marks for Internal Assessment are generally not eligible to appear for the examination.
- However, partial appearance is permitted if the candidate has attained the minimum prescribed percentage of attendance (80%) in all subjects. Such candidates can register for examinations in subjects where they have secured the minimum internal assessment marks.
- Students of BAMS 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 admissions are specifically permitted to appear for these examinations only by availing Mercy Chances. These students must submit an online request through their Principal on or before 28.02.2026 to avail the mercy chance without fine. The fee for availing mercy chance is Rs. 2160/-. The last date to apply online for mercy chance with a fine of Rs.2000/- is 02.03.2026.
- The Principal, on recommendations by the HoD/Dept-in-charge, is permitted to condone a shortage of attendance of up to 5% for each subject only once in the course period by paying a fee of Rs. 585/- per subject.
