- Additional Project Director (APD): Serving or Retired from State services (Not below the rank of Chief Engineer Level-1). At least 15 years of related experience in Project Supervision & Management, Policy Framework, Public Finance, Procurement & Contract Management, with 5 years out of 15 years in Externally Aided Project (EAP)/ International NGO/ National NGO/ Multilateral Organizations/ Corporate or significant projects in the Government.
- Climate Change Adaptation Specialist: Master’s in climate science/Environmental Science/ or related field. At least 07 years (05 Years for PhD candidates) of related experience in climate change, carbon mitigation, green technology, use of green material, & climate risk & adaptation assessment with Central Govt/ State Govt/ Public Sector Organizations/ EAP/ Multilateral Organizations/ International NGOs/ Reputed Corporate Organizations.
- Social Community Development/ Resettlement & Rehabilitation Expert/ Gender Specialist: Master’s in Development Studies/ Gender Studies/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Anthropology or Equivalent. At least 07 years of related experience in implementation of social development programs and handling gender equality issues with Central Govt/ State Govt./ Public Sector Organizations/ EAP/ Multilateral Organizations/ International NGOs/ Reputed Corporate Organizations.
