Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Project Technical Support-II:
    12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT or equivalent) from a recognized university with Five (5) years’ of post-qualification experience of working in a research lab.
    OR
    Three Years Graduation degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university with two (2) years’ of post-qualification experience of working in a research lab.
  • Executive Assistant (HR):
    Post-Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Project Research Scientist-I:
    Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degree, in Life Sciences from a recognized university.

Age Relaxation

Age relaxations are applicable as per Government of India rules:

  • SC/ST candidates: 5 years

Experience & Skills

  • Project Technical Support-II: Experience in microbial culturing, genomic DNA extraction, and PCR.
  • Executive Assistant (HR): Responsible for HR and Administration department work including Recruitment, Leaves & Attendance, General Administration. Requires strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English & Hindi, multitasking under tight deadlines, discretion, professionalism, supporting HR meetings, training programs, and employee data management.
  • Project Research Scientist-I: Maintain and characterize pluripotent stem cell lines and related cell cultures. Perform and assist in small animal drug testing studies. Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation, logbooks, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, biosafety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide support to laboratory colleagues in routine laboratory and research activities.
    Desirable: Hands-on experience in cell culture techniques (including pluripotent stem cell culture and maintenance), proficiency in cell and molecular biology techniques (ELISA, real-time PCR, immunocytochemistry, fluorescence microscopy), experience with preclinical research (small animals) workflows, preferably in drug testing and therapeutic evaluation studies. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
