Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Full time / Part time Specialists: PG degree/Diploma in concerned specialty and registered with MCI. Preference will be given to a PG Qualified candidate.
  • Senior Resident: PG degree/Diploma in concerned specialty and registered with MCI. Preference will be given to a PG Qualified candidate. If PG degree/diploma candidates are not available in a particular specialty, then candidates having 2 years’ experience after MBBS in the concerned specialty may also be considered.

Experience

  • Full time / Part time Specialists: PG Degree or equivalent in concerned specialty from a Recognized University with 3 (three) years’ experience after acquiring PG Degree OR Minimum of 5 (Five) years’ experience in the concerned specialty after acquiring PG Diploma.
  • Senior Resident: No specific experience mentioned if PG qualified. For MBBS candidates, 2 years’ experience after MBBS in concerned specialty if no PG degree/diploma candidates are available. Applicants having completed 3 years of Senior Residency period in any hospital are not eligible for applying under the residency scheme.

Senior Resident (with PG Degree) Rs. 1,37,837/- per month plus TA and DA.
Senior Resident (with Diploma only) Rs. 1,37,837/- per month minus Rs. 1350/- plus TA and DA.
Senior Resident (without Diploma/Degree) Rs. 1,37,837/- per month minus Rs. 2250/- plus TA and DA.

Selection Process

The selection process for ESIC Bhilai Recruitment 2026 will be based on a Walk-in-Interview and Document Verification.
