DRDL is engaging ITI Apprentices in the following trades. Candidates must have passed ITI in the respective trade, certified by NCVT.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the DRDL ITI Apprenticeship Training:

  • Educational Qualification: Must have passed ITI certified by NCVT in the respective trade.
  • Age Limit: Not mentioned in the notification.
  • Reservations: Applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and PwD categories as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.
  • Previous Training: Candidates should not have already undergone or be currently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in DRDL or elsewhere.
  • Termination Record: Candidates who have been terminated from Apprenticeship training at DRDL are not eligible to apply. Candidates terminated for two times from other establishments are also not eligible to apply.
  • Employment Status: Candidates currently employed must submit a relieving letter from their employer on their training joining date.

Step-by-Step Application Guide:

  1. Online Registration: Candidates must apply online through the official portal www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
  2. Document Preparation: Prepare true copies of the following documents:
    • SSC Certificate
    • ITI Certificate
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • PwD Certificate (if applicable)
    • Aadhar Card
    • Proof of online application submission.
  3. Application Format: Download the prescribed application format (Appendix-A, if provided with the full notification) and duly sign it.
