The period of deputation shall be for an initial period of three years, extendable on a year-to-year basis up to a maximum period of five years. There shall be no provision for absorption to these posts.

- With 05 years’ regular service in Pay Level-11 of 7th CPC or equivalent pay grade; OR

- AND Possessing experience of handling Financial Budget/ Accounts matter in a responsible capacity.
- Preference: Will be given to candidates having experience in investments/fund management/securities.
2. Senior Accounts Officer (Post Code: AC/02/26)

- Eligibility Conditions: Officers belonging to Audit/Accounts/Finance Cadre/service/posts in Central/State Govts/ Union Territories/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies/ Statutory Organisations, fulfilling one of the following service conditions:
- Holding analogous post on a regular basis; OR
- With 04 years’ regular service in Pay Level-9/ Level-10 of 7th CPC or equivalent pay grade; OR
- With 08 years’ regular service either in Pay Level-7/Level-8 of 7th CPC or combined regular service in Level-7 & Level-8 of 7th CPC or equivalent pay grade.
- AND Possessing experience in the field of Accounts compilation, Budget, Internal Audit, Commercial Accounting, etc.
- Preference: Will be given to candidates having experience in investments/fund management/securities.
3. Under Secretary (Legal) (Post Code: US/01/26)

- Essential Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institutions.
- Law Degree from a recognized University/Law Schools/Colleges.
- Service Conditions: Fulfilling one of the following:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis; OR
- With at least 4 years regular service in Pay Level-10 of 7th CPC (PB-3 scale of pay ₹15600-39100 + Grade Pay of ₹5400/-); OR
- With at least 8 years regular service either in Pay Level-8 of 7th CPC (PB-2 ₹9300-34800 +GP-₹4800/-) or in Pay Level-7 of 7th CPC (PB-2 ₹9300-34800 + GP-₹4600/-) or taken together.
