• For Direct Recruitment/Deputation: Officers working in the CDA Pay scale at Level 14 (Rs. 144200–218200) as per 7th CPC, OR in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000 – 280000/- on a regular basis, in Indian Railways/Govt. Organization/ PSUs/ Metro’s. A total of 18 years’ service at the Gazetted / Executive level is required.
• For Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE): Officers working in/retired from the CDA Pay scale at Level 14 (Rs. 144200-218200) as per 7th CPC, or higher grade, OR working in/retired from the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000 – 280000/-, or higher grade, in Indian Railways/Govt. Organization/ PSUs/ Metro’s, on a regular basis. A total of 18 years’ service at the Gazetted / Executive level is required.
