The IRSE/Ex-IRSE Officer should possess varied experience in Civil Engineering works, including Construction and Maintenance, within the Civil Engineering department of Indian Railways/Govt. organizations/PSUs/Metro’s, and be conversant with computerized environments. - For Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE): Officers working in/retired from the CDA Pay scale at Level 14 (Rs. 144200-218200) as per 7th CPC, or higher grade, OR working in/retired from the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000 – 280000/-, or higher grade, in Indian Railways/Govt.
