Eligibility Criteria

Junior Hospital Manager Passed any of the following from a UGC/AICTE approved University/Institute: Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Management/Administration, Master Degree in Hospital Administration/MBA in Hospital Administration, OR Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management/Administration. Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in hospital administration in any public Health Hospital (min 50 bedded private hospital). Must have working knowledge of computer.
Medical Officer (AYUSH RBSK/Co-located Unit/MHU) Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) / Bachelor in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized university. Must have completed internship training. Must have valid registration from the Odisha State Council/Board of Ayurvedic/Homeopathic Medicine. Provisional registration certificate is not acceptable.
Finance-cum-Logistic Assistant (FLA) Graduation in Commerce from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate OR qualified SAS accountant with cash and accounts training from an institute of secretarial training and management. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in accounting, analysis budgeting, financial software, and reporting systems. Computer proficiency in MS Office and accounting package (Tally).
SSMTC NVBDCP Science Graduate in Biology / Biochemistry / Microbiology. In areas where desired qualification is not available, a Graduate with Science in Class XI and XII will be considered. One year practical experience in Medical/Biological laboratories will be given preference.
VBDTS NVBDCP Graduate from the Biology stream. In areas where desired qualification is not available, a Graduate with Science subject in Class XI and XII will be considered. Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license. Candidate should be preferably from the same district for the post applied. Experience in malaria and other vector borne disease control programme shall be given preference.
Office Assistant (DPMU) Graduation with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Must have passed PGDCA/DCA/MCA/BCA/Odisha State Certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation.

Age Relaxation

  • Women, SC, ST & SEBC categories: 5 years relaxation.
  • Physically Disabled, Ex-Sports Person, Ex-Serviceman categories: 10 years relaxation.

  • Employees of OSH&FW Society: Age relaxation of 1 year for each contractual term (11 months each) up to a maximum of 10 years, with an upper age ceiling of 55 years.
