Eligibility Criteria
1. Consultant (Information Technology)
- Educational Qualification: Minimum MSc/BTech/BE/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science.
- Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the area of specialization.
- Desirable: Proven experience in web technologies (HTML/HTML5/XML/JavaScript/CSS), CMS & Mobile Technologies (BOOTSTRAP, Media Queries), Application Servers & OS (Windows/Ubuntu/Linux), Database & Web Services (MySQL), programming (Python/C++), version control, secure coding, designing/developing/maintaining websites & research data systems for Govt/public sector, ODK-based mobile data collection systems, open-source technologies, digital health systems/EHRs/AI/ML, research data management systems in Govt/public health institutions, API-based data exchange, containerized deployment (Docker), interactive dashboards/analytics, web/UX/UI development, scalable application architecture.
- Age Limit: Minimum 40 years, maximum 70 years.
2. Consultant (Scientific / Technical – Non-Medical)
- Educational Qualification: Minimum M.Sc / B.Tech / BE / MCA / MPH / B.Pharm / BAMS / BSMS / MD in AYUSH or equivalent qualifications in Public Health/ Health Service.
- Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the area of specialization.
- Desirable: Minimum 10 years of experience in Public Health Nutrition (Nutritional Anthropometry, Diet Surveys), planning & execution of community-based public health projects, willingness to travel.
- Note: PhD will be considered as 4 years experience. MPH/M.Tech/ME/M.Pharm will NOT be considered as experience.
- Alternative: Retired Government employees (Pay Level-10 and above) with requisite qualification and at least 10 years’ experience in the required specialization.

3. Young Professional-II (Administration)
- Educational Qualification: Post graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University / College.
- Experience: Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in Administration.
- Desirable: Knowledge in IT applications, virtual meeting platforms, and computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
