Essential Documents for Document Verification
Candidates must bring all original documents along with one additional set of self-attested photocopies as per Annexure-A. Failure to produce valid documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.

- 10 recent Passport-size Photographs of the candidate.

Category-Specific Certificate Requirements
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate: Must be in the format provided by DoP&T vide O.M No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res.) dated 30.05.2014 and further clarification by DoP&T OM No. 36011/1/12-Estt.(Res.) dated 14.03.2016. The certificate must mention the non-creamy layer status and should have been issued during the financial year 2025-2026 (considering income up to 31st March 2025), i.e., on or after 01st April, 2025, to the last date of application i.e 31st July, 2025. Candidates must also bring the old certificate and the acknowledgement slip for the new certificate.
- EWS Certificate: Must be in the prescribed format as per DoP&T OM. No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res), dated 31.01.2019. The Income and Assets certificate should be based on income of financial year 2024-2025, issued from 01.04.2025 to 31.07.2025, and valid for the financial year 2025-2026.
- All category certificates (OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD) must be in Hindi/English language and in the prescribed format for Central Government. Invalid certificates will lead to cancellation.
Affidavit Requirement
Candidates are required to submit an affidavit on a Non-Judicial Stamp paper of denomination of Rs. 20/-, as per Annexure-B, affirming that all submitted qualifications are from recognized institutions and that they meet all eligibility criteria for the post.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Shortlisting for Document Verification is provisional and does not guarantee an Offer of Appointment. The final result will be published after the DV and depends on the number of vacancies.
- The list of candidates for DV is not the common merit list, and seniority will be determined as per the common merit list of all selected candidates, irrespective of the DV date.
- Candidates failing to report for document verification as scheduled will have their candidature cancelled.
