  • Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate for Date of Birth proof.
  • Essential Qualification certificates and mark sheets for all academic years/final year. Provisional certificate with mark sheets is acceptable if degree is not yet issued.
  • Experience certificate(s) in the prescribed proforma from previous employer(s), clearly stating duration, basic pay, consolidated pay, and nature of duties.
  • Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) in prescribed proforma from competent authority.
  • EWS certificate in the prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Declaration in prescribed proforma for OBC candidates stating non-creamy layer status.
  • Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate in prescribed proforma from competent authority (if applicable).
  • Aadhaar Card.
  • Three recent passport-size photographs (4 cm X 5 cm approx., colour, clear, full face, eyes open, plain white/off-white background, taken within 10 days, with name and date printed).
  • Filled Attestation Form (available on UPSC website) with one photograph affixed.
  • TA Bill Form (if an outstation candidate) for travel allowance reimbursement.
  • Documents for name change (e.g., marriage certificate, divorce decree, affidavit, Deed Poll, newspaper cuttings, Gazette Notification) if applicable.
