- Research Assistant:
- BSc (Nursing) from a recognized university. OR
- Standard 12th and Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or equivalent and registered nurse or ANM. OR
- Nursing “A” Certificate with 3 years’ experience in hospital. OR
- Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed Forces.
- Staff Nurse:

- Research Assistant (Desirable): 2 years’ work experience in Obstetrics or Midwifery or Dept of Neonatology or Nursery; Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, investigators.
- Staff Nurse (Desirable): Experience in clinical research in maternal and child health domain; Experience in performing anthropometry for mother or/and child; Well versed with Good Clinical Practise (GCP).

Job Profile & Career Scope
Research Assistant: The selected Research Assistants (RAs) will be involved in the ACTION-III Trial, a multi-country, multi-centre study. Their duties will primarily involve shift duties to provide 24×7 coverage for the trial, including screening and enrolment, administration of intervention, and monitoring outcome assessment in newborns and mothers.
