Educational Qualification
- Research Associate-I: Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences/ Immunology/ Virology/ Veterinary Sciences or related discipline from a recognized university.
- Project Associate-I: Master’s degree (M.Sc./ M.V.Sc./ M.Tech/ M.Pharma in Life Sciences/ Veterinary Sciences/Biochemistry or allied sciences from a recognized university.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience
- Research Associate-I:
- Demonstrated experience in virology research including virus culture, propagation, and titration (TCID50 / plaque assay) as reflected by publication.
- Proven expertise in immunological assays, including neutralization assays and antibody response studies (ELISA, PRNT, pseudovirus neutralization).
- Hands-on experience in recombinant protein expression, molecular cloning, genetic engineering, and advanced protein characterization techniques.
- Project Associate-I:
- Knowledge of molecular biology and protein biology techniques, such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, protein estimation, and immunoblotting.
