Selection Process

The selection process for the NIELIT Staff Car Driver post will involve two main stages:

  1. Written Examination: An objective-type (OMR based/Computer Based) test. Candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test based on their performance in this exam, applying reservation policy, in a ratio of 5 candidates for every 1 vacant post.
  2. Scheme of Written Examination

The Written Examination will be an Objective Type test, consisting of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for a total of 120 marks. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. There will be NO negative marking.
