JKSSB Legal Assistant Document Verification – Latest Update
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released an important supplementary notice dated 30 June 2025 for document verification (DV) of additional candidates falling in the consideration zone for the post of Legal Assistant, Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs Department (UT Cadre), advertised under Notification No. 05 of 2020, Item No. 150.
These shortlisted candidates must appear in person on 04 July 2025 (11:00 AM) at the designated JKSSB offices for verification of original documents and certificates.

All shortlisted candidates must bring original documents along with one set of self-attested copies:
Mandatory Documents:
- Copy of Application Form
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Original Photo ID Proof (Aadhar / Voter Card / PAN / Passport)
- Date of Birth Certificate (10th marks card or diploma)
- Domicile Certificate
- Valid Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Educational/Professional Qualification Certificates
- Bonafide Certificate (for qualifications obtained from outside J&K)
- Checklist Sheet (Annexure “B”)
Important Note:
Candidates who fail to attend document verification on the scheduled date (04-07-2025) will forfeit their right to selection.
