Eligibility Criteria Overview
All candidates must meet the educational qualifications, post-qualification experience, and age limits as specified in the detailed advertisement.
Educational Qualifications (Sample)
- Legal Posts: LLB with 60% marks from BCI-recognized institution; LLM preferred
- Technical Posts: Full-time Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ECE/Naval Architecture (min 60%)
- Company Secretary: Graduate with CS; preferred LLB or CA/CMA/MBA
- HR: Graduate with PG in HR/IR/Personnel/Labour Laws
- Finance: CA/CMA or equivalent; MBA (Finance) preferred
- IT & ERP: B.Tech in IT/CSE/ECE or MCA with experience in SAP, BASIS, Networking
- Fire & Safety: B.E. in Fire or NFSC Divisional Officer Course with 60%
