Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements as of the date of advertisement/interview:

Educational Qualification

  • For Senior Resident (3 Years) & Specialist (FTS/PTS): MBBS from an MCI/NMC/Maharashtra Medical Council recognized institution. Post-Graduation Diploma / Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant discipline. Mandatory registration with NMC/MCI/Maharashtra Medical Council.
  • Note for Senior Resident (1 Year): If PG/Diploma doctors are unavailable, MBBS doctors with two years of experience (including one year in the concerned specialty from a government/private hospital, not a private clinic) may be appointed for 1 year.
  • For Super Specialist (FTSS/PTSS): MBBS from an MCI/NMC/Maharashtra Medical Council recognized institution. Post-Graduation degree (MD/DNB, or equivalent) in relevant discipline. A Super-Speciality Degree (DM/DNB or equivalent) in the concerned Super-specialty. Mandatory registration with NMC/MCI/Maharashtra Medical Council.
  • For Medical Officer (DCBO): Recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First/Second/Part II of Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Completion of compulsory rotating internship. Mandatory registration with NMC/MCI/Maharashtra Medical Council.

Experience

  • Senior Resident (3 Years): Not essential for PG/Diploma holders. For MBBS without PG, 2 years experience (1 year in concerned specialty) is required.
  • Super Specialist (FTSS/PTSS): 2 years experience after acquiring Super-speciality Degree.
  • Medical Officer (DCBO): Not essential (completion of internship is primary requirement).
  • Specialist (FTS/PTS): PG Degree with 3 years experience OR PG Diploma with 5 years experience in the concerned specialty after acquiring PG Degree/Diploma.

The selection for these contractual posts will be based on the following process:

  1. Candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format on the day of the walk-in interview.
