Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the respective discipline from a University/Institute recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
  • Mandatory registration with NMC/MCI/State Medical Council before joining, if selected.
  • Only those candidates who have been declared successful in their qualifying degree exam and will be completing their tenure for the same before the date of interview will be eligible.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for applying for these posts is 45 years as on the date of the interview (11th March 2026).

Experience

Selection Process

  1. Interview: Selection will primarily be made on the basis of a walk-in interview conducted at AIIMS Gorakhpur.
  2. Written Test (if applicable): In case a large number of applications are received, candidates may be shortlisted for the interview based on a written test. The decision of the Executive Director, AIIMS Gorakhpur, in this regard shall be final.
  3. Document Verification: Appointment is provisional and subject to verification of all credentials (educational & personal) by the competent authority.
