  • Candidature will be cancelled without further notice if a candidate fails to report for DV as scheduled.
  • Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility criteria. Failure to produce valid documentary evidence for qualifications, age, experience, or category at any stage will lead to cancellation of candidature.
  • Candidates in Government service (including AIIMS employees) MUST produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of DV. Without NOC, they will not be allowed to participate in DV, and their candidature will be cancelled.
  • The list of candidates for DV is not the final merit list and has no bearing on seniority. Seniority will be determined as per the common merit list of all selected candidates.
  • No hard copy of the call letter for Document Verification will be sent by post. Candidates must rely on the official website for all updates.
  • Candidates are advised to regularly visit the Institute’s website (aiimsbhubaneswar.nic.in) for any last-minute changes or updates regarding the recruitment.
  • Beware of touts who may mislead candidates with false promises of selection through illegal means.

What Happens After Document Verification?

Once the document verification process is completed, AIIMS Bhubaneswar will compile the final results based on merit and the verification outcome. The final list of selected candidates will be published on the official website. This will be followed by further formalities such as medical examination and the issuance of offer letters, depending on the number of available vacancies.

Common Issues & Solutions During DV

Based on typical government recruitment processes, candidates might face common issues during document verification:

  • Missing Documents: Double-check Annexure-A and prepare all documents well in advance. Keep both originals and self-attested photocopies ready.
  • Incorrect Details on Certificates: Ensure all names, dates, and other particulars on your certificates match your application form and identity proofs. Any discrepancies might require an affidavit for clarification.
  • Invalid Category Certificate: Pay close attention to the validity period and issuing authority for OBC (NCL) and EWS certificates as specified in the notification. Ensure they are in the correct Central Government format and issued within the stipulated dates.
  • NOC Issues: If you are a government employee, ensure your NOC is duly signed by the competent authority and clearly states no objection to your application and potential appointment.
  • Technical Glitches on Website: If the official website is slow or unresponsive closer to the DV dates, try accessing it during off-peak hours or from a different browser/device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Is this DV list the final selection list?

No, this list is purely provisional. Shortlisting for Document Verification does not guarantee an offer of appointment. The final selection will be made based on merit and successful document verification, depending on the number of vacancies.

Q2: What if I am unable to attend the Document Verification on my scheduled date?
