Documents Required for Verification

Candidates must upload documents in their profile and produce the original documents in person for One Time Verification and Interview. Failure to produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit or submission of defective applications will lead to deletion from the Short List.

Mandatory Documents (Originals & Photocopies):

  • Identity Proof: Original Photo ID Card (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card).
  • Educational Qualification Certificates: Original certificates for SSLC/10th, 12th/HSC, Degree/Diploma (as per eligibility for Assistant Tamil Translator Gr.II). Mark sheets for all semesters/years.
  • Experience Certificate: If any experience was claimed in the application (ensure it’s from a competent authority and as per the notification’s requirements).
  • Community Certificate:
    • OBC Candidates: Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No.81/2009/SC/STDD dated 26.09.2009.
