Candidates who wish to challenge any answer in the official key must strictly follow the online process. No emails or offline communications will be accepted.
Steps to Submit Grievance:
Step 1: Log in to the portal using your Roll Number and verify via OTP.
Step 2: Submit your grievance by selecting:
- Question Booklet Series (Set A, B, C, D)
- Question Number
- Your Answer
- Reason for the Grievance against the provided Answer Key
Step 3: Upload a supporting document (PDF format, max 2 MB) validating your claim.
Note: Uploading of supporting document is mandatory. Grievances submitted without valid proof will be summarily rejected.
